On a day to day basis ITFA will:

  • Continually oversee our call management system, ensuring that all calls are dealt with within their contracted SLA.
  • Update our online call management system regularly, providing customers with the latest information relating to their support requests.
  • Ensure that our helpdesk is on hand to deal with any support calls or requests that can be handled remotely, and our field engineers are on hand to attend to any on-site requirements.
  • Provide consultancy on the best practices and products where required.
